  • 1 banana

  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 8 oz water

Almond-Butter Berry Smoothie:

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal (cook with boiling water)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon creatine powder
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 6 mixed frozen berries
